Attending the training session were leaders of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police); Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team ( Lao Cai City Police); Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Binh Minh Ward and nearly 100 members of the security and order protection team at the grassroots level, and heads of residential groups in Binh Minh Ward.
At the training session, representatives of the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team (Lao Cai City Police) conveyed some basic contents in fire prevention and fighting, including: legal documents on fire prevention and fighting; basic knowledge on fire prevention and fighting; fire prevention and fighting in residential areas, offices; steps to handle when a fire occurs, fire prevention and fighting equipment... At the same time, instructions on how to use fire prevention and fighting equipment such as powder extinguishers, gas tanks, water pumps; how to spread and roll up hoses; use fire hydrants;...
The training session aims to raise awareness of fire prevention and fighting of agencies, units and people in Binh Minh ward; improve fire prevention, fighting and rescue skills for fire prevention and fighting forces at the facility, protect security and order at the facility and people in Binh Minh ward.
On this occasion, Binh Minh Ward People's Committee also presented water pumps and some fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue equipment to residential areas (photo above).
