Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee inspects preparations for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in the province

Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee inspected the preparations for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam at Tuy Phuoc High School No. 3.

According to reports at the examination sites, up to this point, the preparation of facilities for the examination has been basically completed according to regulations such as arranging official and backup examination rooms; rooms for storing candidates' belongings; rooms for preserving exam papers and test papers; examination site duty rooms... At the same time, the examination sites proactively coordinate with local police and medical forces to prepare for work to ensure security and order, traffic safety, food safety and hygiene, and fire and explosion prevention and fighting.

Through the inspection, Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of the schools in preparing for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Vice Chairman Lam Hai Giang said that the 2025 High School Graduation Exam will take place in the context of being the first exam for students studying under the 2018 GeneralEducation Program, while still ensuring the exam for students studying under the 2006 General Education Program who have not graduated or need to retake the exam for university admission; the whole country is implementing administrative reform, arranging and streamlining the apparatus, converting to a 2-level local government model; restructuring and rearranging the inspection system at all levels from central to local levels; the situation of buying and selling and using high-tech equipment is complicated. Therefore, the exam sites need to pay attention to organizing the exam carefully, preparing carefully, aiming for a safe, serious, and regulated exam.

Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee also noted that examination sites need to prepare full backup plans to promptly handle any problems that arise; review facilities, equipment, electrical systems, lights, fans, etc. At the same time, closely coordinate with local police and medical forces to strengthen security and order maintenance, traffic regulation; ensure food safety and hygiene, fire prevention; create all conditions for candidates to move smoothly and safely during the examination season. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments, branches and localities to closely coordinate in ensuring security, safety and comprehensive responsibility when organizing the exam./.
