Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee inspects the progress of Tan Duc Industrial Park and visits policy families in Tan Minh commune

Tan Duc Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy with an area of 300 hectares in Decision No. 230/QD-TTg dated February 23, 2021 on investment policy for the Tan Duc Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project, and was granted Investment Registration Certificate No. 1487568472 by the Binh Thuan Industrial Park Management Board for the first time on March 29, 2021.

The first adjustment certificate was issued on November 13, 2023, the second adjustment certificate was issued on June 3, 2025 with a total registered investment capital of VND 1,200 billion. Accordingly, the project implementation progress is "No more than 36 months from the date of land handover by the State"

The value of infrastructure investment in the first 7 months of 2025 is about 273 billion VND, reaching 48.67% of the 2025 plan. The total accumulated investment capital for project implementation is about 900 billion VND, reaching 75% of the total registered capital; attracting one domestic investment project with a total registered investment capital of 100 billion VND; at the same time, signing land lease agreements with 7 projects, with a registered investment capital of 1,600 billion VND.

Regarding compensation, clearance and resettlement, the project has a total area of 300 hectares recovered from 221 households, individuals and organizations. Up to now, the compensation and support plan has been approved at a rate of 97.53% with an amount of more than 544 billion VND. Of which, 191 households and individuals have received compensation and support with an area of 281.93 hectares and 7.3 hectares of land managed by the Commune People's Committee (reaching a rate of 96.41%). There are 21 households that have not agreed to receive support with an area of 3.36 hectares.

The Vice Chairman inspected the site of the resettlement project for households whose land was recovered and had to relocate to the residential area of Tan Duc commune (now Tan Minh commune). The residential area has an area of about 2 hectares. Up to now, the resettlement area has completed internal road works, lighting system, clean water and is completing related legal procedures to implement resettlement arrangements for households according to regulations.

The resettlement arrangement for households whose land was recovered and had to relocate was arranged at the Tan Duc Commune Residential Area (now Tan Minh Commune). The residential area has an area of about 2 hectares. Up to now, the resettlement area has completed internal road works, lighting systems, clean water and is completing related legal procedures to implement resettlement arrangements for households according to regulations.

Items inside Tan Duc Industrial Park under construction

Regarding land leasing, up to now, the Tan Duc Industrial Park project has been decided by the Provincial People's Committee to lease land to the investor in 3 phases with a total area of 288.51 hectares, reaching 96.17% of the total land area.

Immediately after the Provincial People's Committee decided to lease land and the Department of Agriculture and Environment assigned land to the field, the investor organized the construction of the project items (phase 1) according to the granted license. Up to now, the Investor of Tan Duc Industrial Park has basically completed (about 90% of the volume) the items of phase 1 of the project such as: Traffic routes; planting trees along the road; water pumping station, wastewater treatment plant, lighting system,...

After the inspection, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts of the investment unit. Although there are still many difficulties and obstacles, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant parties to coordinate to resolve the compensation and clearance work, and prepare sufficient funds for compensation payments as requested by the Land Fund Development Center. Early investment in power projects serving Tan Duc Industrial Park in the fourth quarter of 2025. The Party Committee and People's Committee of Tan Minh commune focus on directing, accelerating and completing the work of compensation and clearance for the remaining cases of Tan Duc Industrial Park and the National Highway 1A intersection into Tan Duc Industrial Park.
