At the Public Administration Service Center of Xuan Truong Ward - Da Lat, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi directly inspected the activities of the departments receiving and handling administrative procedures; at the same time, listened to feedback and suggestions from people in the process of carrying out administrative transactions.

Xuan Truong Ward - Da Lat was established on the basis of merging Ward 11 and 3 communes of Xuan Truong, Xuan Tho, Tram Hanh. As a new administrative unit, the immediate task of the ward is to quickly stabilize the organization and maximize the spirit of serving the people.
According to the records at the Xuan Truong Ward Public Administration Service Center - Da Lat, the staff and civil servants have gotten into the swing of things, receiving and processing administrative records smoothly and effectively. Many people who came to resolve procedures expressed their satisfaction with the attitude and service style of the staff here.
During the working trip, comrade Ho Van Muoi also inspected the headquarters and activities of Xuan Truong Ward Police - Da Lat; at the same time, highly appreciated the initiative and readiness to ensure security, order and safety for the people during the current transitional period of the government apparatus.
At a quick working session with the ward leaders, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized: "Xuan Truong Ward - Da Lat needs to mobilize all resources, human resources, and means to serve the people in the best way. The focus in the coming time is to ensure the smooth operation of the Public Administration Service Center, clearly demonstrating the spirit of being close to the people, by the people, and for the people".
He also requested the ward to regularly check and upgrade technical infrastructure, especially network lines, to ensure the system operates smoothly.
Timely assessment and reporting to the Provincial Public Administration Service Center will be an important basis for timely adjustment, experience gain, and improvement of service quality.
