The Shenzhou 15 crew of three astronauts landed at Dongfeng landing site, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, at 5:34 a.m. today ( Hanoi time).

Shenzhou-15 mission commander Fei Junlong and his crewmates Deng Qingming and Zhang Lu have been aboard the Tiangong space station since November last year. "We feel very good," Fei said shortly after exiting the Shenzhou-15 spacecraft.
Ground support teams completed rescue and recovery drills at Dongfeng on June 1 in preparation for the crew’s return. After the spacecraft landed, they arrived within minutes to adjust the capsule and begin the extrication of the astronauts. All three were safely out of the capsule in less than an hour.
During their six-month stay on the Tiangong station, the Shenzhou 15 crew conducted four spacewalks, setting a new national record. They also conducted a series of experiments and scientific activities, including installing an external expansion pump set and installing and connecting a cross-cabin cable.
The Shenzhou 15 crew welcomed the Shenzhou 16 crew to the Tiangong space station on May 30. On June 2, Fei and his two crewmates handed over control of the space station to the three newly arrived astronauts. "We have completed the orbital mission of Shenzhou 15. Now I will hand over the keys to the space station according to the arrangement," Fei said during the handover.
"On behalf of the Shenzhou 16 crew, after careful inspection and review, I confirm that there is no problem and will sign," said Jing Haipeng, commander of the Shenzhou 16.
In addition to Jing, the Shenzhou 16 crew also includes Gui Haichao, China's first civilian astronaut, and engineer Zhu Yangzhu. The trio is expected to work on the Tiangong station for about five months.
