Raphinha is enjoying a happy time after a season considered the peak of his career. Therefore, he does not feel worried when Barcelona is about to recruit Nico Williams - a player who is considered a direct competitor for the position on the left wing.
Raphinha is optimistic: "I'm in good shape mentally. I just finished the best season of my life. If I can do that, it means I have the ability to do it again. I always set very high standards for myself, so there's no reason to be sad or discouraged, even if the club brings in anyone. I'm in good shape both physically and mentally and just counting down the days to start the new season with lots of ambition."
In the 2024/25 season, the 28-year-old star became an irreplaceable choice for Hansi Flick. He played 57 matches, scored 34 goals and assisted 25 times - numbers that speak to Raphinha's great influence in the "Blaugrana" shirt.
