On the afternoon of August 27, a working delegation of the Northern Power Corporation led by Ms. Do Nguyet Anh - Chairwoman of the Board of Members, inspected the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 5 in Ha Tinh .

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bao Ha and a working delegation from the Northern Power Corporation inspected the electrical system repair work in Dan Hai and Nghi Xuan communes.

Due to the impact of storm No. 5, heavy rain and strong winds occurred in Ha Tinh, causing flooding and serious damage to the power grid, affecting the power supply to more than 490,000 customers.

Storm No. 5 caused heavy damage to the electricity industry in Ha Tinh.

Ha Tinh Electricity Company has deployed a response plan according to the motto "4 on-site", "3 ready", mobilizing maximum forces, materials and means to focus on inspection, statistics and troubleshooting, while prioritizing the restoration of power to important loads.

Eight power companies in the North and Central regions have set up shock teams to support the Ha Tinh electricity industry in overcoming the problem.

By 2:00 p.m. on August 27, Ha Tinh Electricity had restored power to more than 330,000 customers. The unit strives to basically fix the grid problem and provide power to all customers by the end of August 28.

Praising the efforts of Ha Tinh Electricity Company in overcoming the power grid problem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bao Ha requested localities and units to mobilize forces to support the electricity industry, especially cutting and removing trees from the grid so that electricity workers can focus on erecting poles, pulling wires, and quickly restoring power to people and businesses.
