Car "exposed belly" on the beltway in Hanoi, people rescue the driver

The accident occurred at around 3:00 p.m. on June 9 between two cars on the elevated Ring Road 2 (section passing through Vong Intersection, Dong Da District, Hanoi).

At the above time, the blue car with license plate number 30F-601.XX (driver unknown) was traveling on the elevated Ring Road 2 in the direction of Nga Tu So. When moving about 300m past Nga Tu Vong, it collided with a black car (license plate and driver unknown).

The blue car overturned after the collision.

The incident caused the blue car to flip over and be damaged, and the driver had to be helped out by locals. In addition, the front of the black car was also damaged.

Upon receiving the news, Traffic Police Team No. 3 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) sent officers to the scene to organize traffic flow, prevent congestion and coordinate with functional units to conduct an investigation.

Also according to Traffic Police Team No. 3, the collision fortunately did not cause any casualties.

The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
