With Vietnamese and Dutch blood, Steeman was born and raised in Vietnam, and is currently a student majoring in English at Vo Nguyen Giap High School for the Gifted, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh .
According to Steeman, he has fully prepared his knowledge, is ready and confident for the high school graduation exam and “conquers upcoming goals”. After the exam, Steeman will go to the Netherlands to continue his study abroad with a major in communications.

“The exam is a step to train myself before going to the Netherlands to study. I feel proud to study in Quang Binh, the place where I spent my childhood,” Steeman shared.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Quang Binh, 11,843 candidates registered for the 2025 high school graduation exam in the province, an increase of 580 candidates compared to 2024. Of these, 11,614 candidates studied under the 2018 generaleducation program and 229 candidates studied under the 2006 program.

This year, the exam has many new features: It is organized in 3 sessions instead of 4 sessions, IT and Technology subjects are included in the exam, the percentage of considering transcripts from grades 10 to 12 is increased to 50%, and foreign language certificates are no longer converted into 10 points and vocational certificates are not added as incentive points.
The province has 31 official examination sites and 31 backup examination sites. There is a separate examination site for students of the 2006 program located at Dong Phu Secondary School, Dong Hoi City. The examination organization has been carefully prepared in terms of logistics, facilities, health care and security.
