Meanwhile, in the 2006 General Education Program, there were 797 candidates registered to take the exam, none of them were absent, reaching a rate of 100%.
Also on the morning of June 26, a candidate in Ho Chi Minh City had a stomachache and had to go to the emergency room. Mr. Ho Tan Minh said that relevant departments are working on procedures to consider special high school graduation for this candidate.
At the examination site of Binh Loi Trung Secondary School (Binh Thanh District), Ms. Truong Kim Dung - Deputy Head of the examination site - said that the examination site has 25 examination rooms with 583 12th grade students from Tran Van Giau High School and Nguyen Khuyen Secondary and High School.
At this exam site, in room 3089, Huynh Dong Hau (grade 12 student at Tran Van Giau School) broke his right arm. Hau said that about a month before the exam, while playing at home, he broke his right arm and had to wear a cast. Therefore, he had difficulty writing the test.
According to Ms. Dung, during the morning exam on June 26, the exam site arranged for Hau Thi to be in a reserve exam room, with an officer (not specialized in the subject) to take notes for her, 2 exam invigilators, an outside exam room supervisor, and the exam room was equipped with a camera to record video and audio according to regulations. However, according to the candidate's wishes, in the math exam (afternoon of June 26) and on the day of the elective exam, Hau could fill in her multiple choice answers with her left hand, so she did not need to take the exam in the reserve room.
