Achievements in socialization of education

The story of the success of the first private high school in Quang Ninh - Luong The Vinh High School (Cam Pha City, established in 1999), has left valuable experiences in the socializationof education .

The 26-year journey of construction from a group of investors, starting from countless initial difficulties such as dilapidated, old classrooms and a limited source of permanent teachers.

To date, the school has expanded to 4 campuses, 46 classrooms are equipped with smart TVs or projectors, effectively supporting teaching and learning. The staff, teachers and employees of the school are one of the key factors contributing to the quality of education and reputation of the school.

Currently, 100% of the school's teachers meet training standards with 26 teachers having master's degrees, always updating modern teaching methods and improving professional qualifications.

The school has many students winning high prizes in provincial and national competitions for excellent students.

The success of Luong The Vinh High School is a clear demonstration of the gap between public and non-public education.

Yen Hung Primary, Secondary and High School (Quang Yen Town) was established soon after (in 2000), invested and built by Thanh Son Company Limited. This school also received great attention from the province when it was granted a certificate of land use rights and exempted from land rent, thanks to which it had favorable conditions to develop and grow stronger. The school currently has a stable scale with more than 1,350 students; the high school graduation rate is from 96-100%.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Kim Nhung, Vice Principal of Yen Hung Primary, Secondary and High School, shared: To achieve that result, the investor always pays attention to supplementing and repairing the facilities. In 2020, the school built a modern 5-storey school building for primary and secondary schools, with a total investment of nearly 50 billion VND. This project includes a 4-season swimming pool, functional classrooms, and artificial turf, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education.

Since the policy of socializing education, Quang Ninh province has always paid attention to and worked closely with businesses investing in this field with specific actions.

Along with the central mechanisms and policies, the province has issued many specific policies, such as: Support for site clearance for school construction, exemption of land use tax, support for electricity, water, traffic infrastructure... outside the fence; allocation of quotas to create enrollment sources; support for tuition, meals, and boarding for some students; support for purchasing teaching equipment; support for training of managers and teachers...

In addition to the province's attention, businesses and private schools have had many solutions to improve quality, build brands, attract more students, and ensure funding sources, such as: Building a long-term strategy with systematic and appropriate investment and assessing impacts, forecasting development trends; choosing appropriate teaching methods; supplementing and improving the quality of staff, investing in facilities, etc.
