Key projects of Hung Yen - Thai Binh

In recent years, with support from the central government, Hung Yen and Thai Binh provinces have mobilized investment resources for development. Key projects and works on transportation, industry, services and society that have been and are being implemented will be a lever to create a strong driving force to promote the socio-economic development of the province after the merger.

Investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region   The total length of the project is about 112.8km, passing through Hanoi city and 2 provinces of Hung Yen and Bac Ninh . Of which, the project in Hung Yen province is 19.3km long, passing through 4 districts: Van Giang, Khoai Chau, Yen My, Van Lam; with a total investment of 5,244.5 billion VND.

The project is expected to become an important industrial - urban - service development axis in the southern and northern corridors of Hanoi, while strengthening regional connectivity, contributing to creating strong development momentum for the entire region.

Coastal road section through Thai Binh province   34.4km long, passing through Thai Thuy and Tien Hai districts .

The project has   Total investment 4,800 billion VND. In which ,   Central budget capital is 1,100 billion VND, local budget capital and other legally mobilized capital sources are nearly 2,650 billion VND, BOT investor capital is nearly 1,090 billion VND.   This is   Key transport projects not only help shorten travel time between provinces and cities such as Hai Phong, Nam Dinh, Quang Ninh but also contribute significantly to the development of the marine economy, attracting investment and improving people's lives.

Speeding up construction of coastal road section through Thai Binh province

In particular, the route will directly connect Thai Binh Economic Zone with Cat Bi International Airport and Lach Huyen International Port.   ( Sea   Room); is   driving force to promote the province's socio-economy, facilitate trade, develop tourism and ensure national defense and security.

Tan Phuc - Vong Phan Road Project   (DT.378) has a total length of 29.2km passing through the districts of An Thi, Tien Lu, Phu Cu of Hung Yen province.

The project has a total investment of VND2,986 billion. When completed, it will contribute to forming an inter-regional route connecting the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway with Thai Binh and Nam Dinh provinces.

Project to build a road connecting cultural and tourist heritage   and economic development along the Red River   identified as a breakthrough in developing transport infrastructure according to the Resolution of the 19th Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress.

  The project contributes to forming a regional connecting route connecting cultural and spiritual heritage works along the Red River (Thang Long - Pho Hien - Tam Chuc - Bai Dinh - Huong Pagoda); connecting regional traffic between Hanoi - Hung Yen - Ha Nam - Ninh Binh.

The project has a total length of 55.68km running through the districts of Van Giang, Khoai Chau, Kim Dong and Hung Yen city. Total investment: 9,275 billion VND.

Investment project to build Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway   It is nearly 419km long, passing through 9 provinces and cities, including Hung Yen province, with a total investment of more than 8.3 billion USD.
