In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the Party Executive Committee of Nam Sach district offered incense and flowers at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh in Tran Phu commune. The delegation of Nam Sach district offered incense and visited the stele house where the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee was established, the stele house where the Nam Sach District Party Committee was established and Dau communal house in Hop Tien commune. The stele house where the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee was established in Hop Tien commune is where the Hai Duong Provisional Provincial Party Committee, the predecessor of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, was established.
Here, on June 10, 1940, the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee was established at the house of Le Thi Thanh in Ta Xa (now Hop Tien commune) with the provisional Provincial Party Committee consisting of 3 comrades: Nguyen Manh Hoan, Chu Thi Kim Son and Nguyen Tan Phuc.
The establishment of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee marked a new step of maturity and development of the revolutionary movement in Hai Duong.
