Young Australian-Vietnamese talent Shumo AG is no longer a strange name to music lovers, especially electric guitar fans. Recently, Shumo AG became the youngest artist to participate in a music event held on the evening of July 6 at Ngo Mon Square - Hue Imperial City.
This is a big event with a scale of 13,000 spectators, gathering famous artists including Pham Anh Khoa, Isaac, Quoc Thien, Anh Tu, Kay Tran, Quan AP, Quang Hung MasterD...
Although it was his first time in Hue , Shumo AG was quickly captivated by the city's peaceful beauty and cultural depth.
The young artist shared: "To me, Hue is not only a performance venue but also a piece of music waiting to be played. I am very honorable to perform here.
As the youngest artist, I know I have to work harder to prove myself, but at the same time I have the opportunity to bring a new source of energy to the stage. I am very proud to represent the younger generation, and prove that age has no limits on passion or creativity.”

The special highlight of the music night was the collaboration between Shumo AG and Pham Anh Khoa. Here, Shumo AG played the guitar for two hits of the male rocker, Ly qua keu and the mashup Ly glue bottle - Ngua o thuong nhi .
Shumo revealed that these are remixes with solo parts that he composed himself for this performance. Along with that, the stage in the ancient capital of Hue is also the place to debut a new remix for the song Tomorrow comes again - a composition with a strong narrative character that Shumo AG wrote when he was 11 years old.
The three performances brought both visual and auditory experiences to the audience. Right from the first notes of Ly quai , Shumo's electric guitar sounds sharp and edgy, creating a fast-paced and captivating musical space.
Pham Anh Khoa appeared with a strong demeanor, characteristic husky voice, combined with the intense melody from Shumo's guitar, making the stage explode.
In the mashup part of Ly Loi Cai - Ngua O Thuong Nhuong , the contrast between folk and modern rock spirit was pushed to the peak. Shumo dominated the stage with his breakthrough guitar solos, bringing his own unique color.

This is not the first time Shumo AG has collaborated with a Vietnamese artist. Previously, in the Spring Love live show last year, the child artist took on the rap part and performed directly with female singer Nhu Quynh in the song For the Little Lover.
Although only 13 years old, Shumo AG already has extensive performance experience, having won many international awards, including the Gold Medal at the North American Virtuoso music competition with the participation of representatives from more than 60 countries.
