Festival to honor the good traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands

The first Cultural, Sports and Tourism Festival of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands will be held from November 29 to December 1 in Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province.

The first Cultural, Sports and Tourism Festival of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands is expected to attract about 1,000 participants.

Within the framework of the Festival, there will be many special activities such as: performances, introduction of festival excerpts, traditional cultural rituals of ethnic groups; building exhibition spaces to introduce and promote traditional cultural products of the locality; display and introduction of traditional local cuisine ; mass art festivals and performances of costumes of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands; exhibition "Cultural characteristics of ethnic groups in the Central Highlands in the cultural community of ethnic groups of Vietnam.

The festival also includes traditional sports activities and folk games such as tug of war, stick pushing, slingshot shooting, climbing greased poles, sack jumping, and an exhibition of art photos of the unique cultural colors of ethnic groups....

The Organizing Committee will also organize tours and sightseeing routes to promote and introduce the activities of the Festival and the beauty and potential of the land and people of the Central Highlands in general and Kon Tum in particular.
