In Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai, pepper prices today are also purchased at 139,000 VND/kg. In Dak Lak, pepper prices remain stable at 139,500 VND/kg.

In Lam Dong alone, traders buy pepper at 140,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the market.

In the world market, according to the listing of the International Pepper Association (IPC), the price of Indonesian Lampung black pepper is currently at 7,063 USD/ton; the price of Muntok white pepper is 9,873 USD/ton.

Meanwhile, the price of Malaysian ASTA black pepper was purchased at 8,900 USD/ton, ASTA white pepper at 11,750 USD/ton. In Brazil, the pepper purchase price reached 6,000 USD/ton.

Vietnam's pepper export market is also on a stable trend. Currently, the export price of Vietnamese black pepper is at 6,140 USD/ton for 500 g/l; 550 g/l is at 6,270 USD/ton and the price of white pepper is at 8,850 USD/ton.
