Yen Bai province will hold a ceremony to announce Yen Binh district meeting new rural standards in 2023, and announce the Prime Minister's Decision approving the Master Plan for the construction of Thac Ba Lake National Tourist Area, Yen Bai province until 2040 on June 22, 2024 at the central square of Yen Binh district.

This is an important political event to recognize and commend the achievements that the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of Yen Binh district have achieved in the new rural construction movement in the period of 2011 - 2023 associated with celebrating the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee (June 30, 1945 - June 30, 2024), the 77th anniversary of the founding of the Yen Binh District Party Committee (June 20, 1947 - June 20, 2024).
