Hai Duong Social Policy Bank will maintain all old commune transaction points after the merger.

The Social Policy Bank, Hai Duong province branch, will maintain all transaction points in old communes, wards and towns in the province.

To facilitate people, in the immediate future, the Social Policy Bank, Hai Duong branch, will maintain all commune transaction points (as present) after merging commune-level administrative units.

After the merger from July 1, Hai Duong province will reduce from 207 to 64 commune-level administrative units.

In the immediate future, to facilitate policy beneficiaries to access preferential policy credit capital, the Social Policy Bank, Hai Duong branch, will continue to maintain all 203 transaction points in the old communes, wards and towns (as at present).

As of June 24, the total outstanding policy credit balance in the province reached VND 6,045 billion, an increase of VND 185 billion compared to the end of May 2025, and an increase of VND 536 billion compared to the end of 2024.

Of which, the largest outstanding loan balance is the job creation support program, with VND2,148 billion. The second largest is the rural clean water and environmental sanitation program, with a balance of VND1,668 billion. The third largest is the program for lending to newly escaped poverty households, with a balance of VND1,205 billion.
