The program of the Special Talk on improving the health of female civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry was organized on the occasion of the Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20). Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha, Head of the Department for the Advancement of Women of the Ministry attended the program.
In her opening speech, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha expressed her pride in the tradition and qualities of "Heroic - Indomitable - Loyal - Responsible" that Uncle Ho bestowed on Vietnamese women.

"Regardless of circumstances or positions, Vietnamese women always promote traditional values, noble qualities and make many contributions to the construction and development of a rich and civilized country," Deputy Minister Ha emphasized, stating that the Party and State always pay attention to gender equality and women's advancement with many policies and guidelines in training, fostering, and employing female cadres, taking care of health, supporting women in labor and employment, creating favorable conditions and environments for women to affirm their role and position and participate in building happy families, making many contributions to society.

The Deputy Minister highly appreciated the practical significance of the program and hoped that women in the industry would always pay attention to health care, because only with good health can they complete their assigned tasks well and contribute to creating an enthusiastic, healthy, effective and high-quality working environment.
At the Program, delegates listened to Associate Professor, Doctor, Specialist II Tran Thi Thanh Hoa , former Deputy Director of the Central Endocrinology Hospital, share about improving the health of female civil servants, public employees and workers; Ms. Le Thi Kieu Duyen, General Secretary and Head of Training Department of the Vietnam Beauty Training and Development Association, shared and guided on self-care and skin care measures.
