Chicken pho with dipping sauce The most unique thing to mention is chicken pho with dipping sauce. Pho Mai restaurant in a small alley on Nha Chung street attracts food lovers with a chicken pho with dipping sauce that is not available anywhere else. The pho noodles are cut into 3-4cm pieces, arranged with chicken and herbs. The pho noodles are specially ordered by the restaurant, with a moderate softness and chewiness. The chicken is boiled and divided into separate portions for diners to order according to their preferences such as breast, breast, wings, thighs, sprinkled with a few thinly sliced lemongrass leaves. When eating, diners pick up pho noodles and chicken and dip them in a sweet and sour sauce mixed according to a special recipe from spices, sugar, lemon, chili... The broth served with pho is made from chicken broth with shimmering golden fat, cooked with chewy dried bamboo shoots, and a little fragrant green onion.

This dish is suitable for hot summer days.
