At the same time, the school signed a cooperation agreement with skill training expert Vien Ngoc Sang on program development, enrollment organization, and skill training for students, organizations, and individuals in need; cooperation in college and intermediate level enrollment, driver training; connecting experts and businesses to develop programs and organize training courses for businesses.
