The Fatherland Front at all levels in the province regularly propagates President Ho Chi Minh 's patriotic emulation ideology; mobilizes people to actively participate in and respond to emulation campaigns and movements such as: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas (NTM)", "The whole people unite to build NTM, civilized urban areas", "Skilled mass mobilization", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", "Solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration"... The common point of patriotic emulation movements is that they are all strongly oriented towards the grassroots with many practical activities to improve the material and spiritual life of the people, ensuring social security. In particular, the emulation movement "Nam Dinh joins hands to build advanced, exemplary NTM" in the period of 2021-2025 has encouraged people to compete in creative labor, develop production and business, help each other stabilize their lives, strive to become rich legitimately; participate in contributing resources to build NTM. People in the province have actively donated land and valuable assets on land to serve the expansion of inter-village, inter-commune, intra-field roads and the construction of public welfare works. In residential areas, people have also contributed a lot of money and working days to upgrade and build new cultural houses, sports grounds, village gates, and to restore historical and cultural relics... Implementing the criteria on environmental landscape, the Fatherland Front at all levels has mobilized people to actively respond to the movement "All people participate in environmental protection". Many environmental self-management models have been built and replicated such as: "Self-managed residential areas to protect the environment", "Community and religion participate in protecting environmental resources", "Garbage collection team", "Self-managed team to protect the environment"...
Member organizations of the Front, especially socio -political organizations, have had many good and creative ways to participate in preserving and protecting the environment. Typically, since the beginning of the year, Women's Unions at all levels have promoted the campaign "Building a family of 5 yes, 3 clean"; launched 75 models of "Green houses - turning waste into money"; propagated and organized women's union members to participate in 7,870 environmental sanitation sessions. Farmers' Unions at all levels have undertaken models of "Planting and caring for farmer trees", "Collecting, classifying and processing organic waste into fertilizer at households", "Collecting pesticide packaging in the fields", "Model gardens"; mobilizing members to actively participate in the "Green Sunday" movement with specific tasks such as actively cleaning village roads, alleys, and hamlets to create a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape; Dredging and clearing the flow of irrigation canals in the fields... The Youth Union promoted the "Volunteer Saturday" movement; undertook self-managed roads; carried out 623 youth projects and tasks with a total value of over 3 billion VND, including many models, projects and tasks for youth to participate in environmental protection. The Provincial Veterans Association coordinated to organize training courses on basic environmental knowledge for cadres and members of the Veterans Association in communes, hamlets, residential groups and residential areas; at the same time, presented some items for collecting and treating waste at the source to the Veterans Association, thereby building models of "Self-managed Veterans' Groups and Teams for collecting waste". The Provincial Federation of Labor directed Trade Unions at all levels to coordinate with specialized agencies to promote the "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" movement; coordinated to organize training courses on environmental protection for union cadres and members; Implementing the construction of environmental protection models in industrial parks and clusters; organizing supervision and guidance on environmental protection work in many enterprises in the province... Thereby contributing to the construction of rural infrastructure, clean, beautiful and spacious village roads and alleys, and increasingly renewed rural and urban appearance.
The movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind" launched by the Prime Minister is also a highlight in the patriotic emulation movement of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels. Every year, activities for the poor, social security, emergency relief... are widely implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations, receiving the consensus and support of all levels, sectors and the whole society. Implementing the social security program and taking care of the poor during Tet, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels has coordinated with member organizations, mobilizing businesses in the whole province to take practical actions to care for and ensure the lives of policy beneficiaries, meritorious people, social welfare beneficiaries, the poor... During the recent Tet At Ty 2025, the whole province presented 480,529 gifts, worth over 218 billion VND to poor households, near-poor households, and households in especially difficult circumstances in the province. Of which, the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels in the province visited and presented 10,605 gifts worth over 3.3 billion VND. The Fatherland Front at all levels mobilized businesses and philanthropists to present 27,901 gifts worth over 12.9 billion VND. Member organizations visited and presented 141,630 gifts worth over 103.7 billion VND. The Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations also mobilized union members, association members, and people from all walks of life to actively respond to the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025". The provincial Fatherland Front coordinated to develop a plan to support 167 poor and near-poor households with degraded houses that need to be rebuilt with a total value of 10.02 billion VND.
With the effective implementation of patriotic emulation movements, in all areas of social life, many typical collectives and individuals have emerged, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building a clean and strong Party and government. Thereby, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has well performed the assigned political tasks, at the same time building, consolidating and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc.
From the achieved results, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province continues to develop patriotic emulation movements extensively; regularly pay attention to building, discovering, nurturing, introducing, rewarding, praising new factors, models, typical examples, good and creative practices, replicating advanced examples, setting examples of good people and good deeds to promote and encourage emulation movements, creating motivation to successfully complete the socio-economic development targets and tasks of localities and the province.
