Tottenham Hotspur are preparing to raise their offer for Savinho to more than 70 million euros, despite Manchester City's stubbornness.

Rodrygo and Savinho could change clubs this summer.

After missing out on Eberechi Eze to Arsenal for €77m, Spurs see Savinho as a lifeline for their attack. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham will make a new offer after the match against Man City this weekend, hoping to convince the Etihad team to change their mind.

Tottenham are short of players with injuries to James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski, forcing them to find a name who can make an immediate difference. Savinho's pace and creativity are said to be perfect for Frank's system.

However, The Athletic claims that Man City see Savinho as a gem for the future and do not want to sell. However, the young player wants to join Tottenham to get more playing time. If Tottenham really spends a lot of money on Savinho, the transfer domino scenario could happen.

Man City are still keeping an eye on Rodrygo as he has fallen out of favour with Xabi Alonso at Real Madrid. ESPN has confirmed that if they are forced to sell Savinho, Man City could turn to Rodrygo. The deal could be worth 100 million euros.

At the moment, Spurs are still persistently pursuing and consider Savinho a "blockbuster" deal that must be closed at all costs before the transfer window closes. The scenario of Pep Guardiola releasing Savinho and bringing in Rodrygo promises to explode in the final days of the 2025 summer transfer window.
