Lucas Vazquez joins Leverkusen

Former Real Madrid defender has agreed to join Bayer Leverkusen on a free transfer.

According to transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano, Vazquez completed his medical yesterday (August 25) and will officially sign a contract with Leverkusen today (August 26).

With a diverse playing style, able to play in many positions from full-back, midfielder to winger, Vazquez is considered a quality addition to the squad of the former Bundesliga champion.

The veteran born in 1992 will become the 15th contract to arrive at Bay Arena this summer.
