Hanoi National University of Education has just announced an increase in enrollment quotas for 2025 in the majors of Preschool Education , Preschool Education (English Pedagogy), Primary Education , Primary Education , Primary Education (English Pedagogy), Special Education , Physical Education , Literature Pedagogy , Technology Pedagogy, Vietnamese Language and Vietnamese Culture, and Vietnamese Studies.

In which, Literature Pedagogy is the major with the highest increase in quota from 350 to 450, an increase of 100 quotas.

The University of Education , Vietnam National University, Hanoi also updated the training quota for teachers, in which the number of students for Literature Pedagogy increased from 30 to 100, the number of students for Natural Science Pedagogy increased from 30 to 70, and the number of students for Preschool Education increased from 70 to 140.

In contrast to the two Pedagogical schools above, the university enrollment quota for teacher training majors at Thu Do University has mostly decreased.

Specifically, Primary Education has the highest enrollment quota of 320 (30 fewer than expected). Preschool Education maintains 210 enrollment quotas, Information Technology Education recruits 60 (10 more), English Education recruits 60 (20 more), History Education recruits 20 (7 fewer), and Mathematics Education recruits 20 (25 fewer).

After the Ministry of Education and Training announced the 2025 high school graduation exam scores, the Pedagogical training schools announced the minimum admission scores from 12-24 points.

Hanoi National University of Education has a floor score of 18-22 points. Special Education and Biology Education have the highest floor score of 22 points. This is the total score of three subjects, without multiplying the coefficient, without calculating bonus points.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has a floor score of 18-24, the highest in teacher training majors. Specifically, with the method of considering high school graduation exam scores in 2025, the Pedagogy group accepts applications from 19-24 points, similar to last year. Of which, 6 majors have a floor score of 24 points including: Mathematics Pedagogy, Chemistry, Literature, History, Geography, English. The remaining majors have a floor score of 18-22 points. At the Gia Lai and Long An branches, the school takes 17-23 points.

Thai Nguyen University of Education has a minimum score of 18.5-22.5; the highest is in the majors of Literature, History, Geography and the lowest is in the major of Music Education.

Hong Duc University announced the minimum score for receiving application documents (using the 2025 high school graduation exam results) for teacher training programs from 12-19 points.

According to experts, the Pedagogy industry continues to be the focus of the 2025 university admission season, with a high level of competition and predicted increase in benchmark scores. The Law on Teachers recently passed by the National Assembly has created more motivation and confidence for many students when choosing Pedagogy, contributing to increasing the level of competition in this year's admissions.
