The Congress reviewed and evaluated the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and decided on the directions, goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; reviewed the leadership and direction of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Attending the Congress were comrade Ton Thien Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; comrade Hoang Thanh Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches; and leaders of the Party Committees of communes.
The Congress of the Party Committee of Da Teh 2 commune took place in a situation where the country and locality have achieved many great achievements in socio -economic development, national defense, security, and strengthened Party building and rectification.
The role and trust of the people in the Party have been increasingly consolidated. In the communes, the entire Party and people have strived to successfully implement the goals and tasks identified in the Resolution of the Party Congress of the communes for the 2020-2025 term.
Notably, the average income per capita is estimated at 63.67 million VND, reaching 114.37% of the Resolution. The value of harvested products per unit area is 120 million VND, reaching 128.57% of the Resolution. The total budget revenue for the 2020-2025 period is estimated at 43,309 million VND, reaching 129.59% of the Resolution. The multidimensional poverty rate has decreased to 1.41% (48 households left), of which 11 poor households are ethnic minorities, accounting for 4.93%. The universal health insurance rate is 97.66%, reaching 101.02% of the Resolution. The rate of rural households using hygienic water is 98.67%, of which the rate of households using clean water is 36.44%. The rate of collected and treated domestic solid waste is 83.3%.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Ton Thien Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, suggested that in the coming time, the locality needs to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; and build a clean and strong political system.
Fulfill the exemplary role of cadres and party members, promote the solidarity of the entire Party. Mobilize all resources for investment in socio-economic development, sustainable poverty reduction; apply science and technology to agricultural production; effectively implement social security policies; improve the material and spiritual life of the people; maintain and stabilize national defense and security. Build Da Teh 2 homeland to become increasingly prosperous and become a livable homeland.
Focus on leading and directing the synchronous and effective implementation of breakthroughs with the determination to build Da Teh 2 commune to meet the standards of advanced new rural areas according to the new set of criteria; together with the whole country, enter a new era, the era of national growth.
Promote administrative reform, attract investment projects from economic sectors to create economic restructuring. Train and develop human resources suitable to the needs of green economic development, circular economy, digital economy, and digital transformation.
With the Congress theme "Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the tradition of solidarity, building Da Teh 2 commune to develop comprehensively", along with the motto of action "Solidarity - Discipline - Dynamism - Creativity - Development", the Party Committee of Da Teh 2 commune focuses on promoting the combination of innovation, application of science and technology and maximizing the potential of each individual and community in the spirit of 3 developments.
Firstly, economic development, job creation and income improvement for the people. Secondly, social development needs to ensure social justice, social progress, improve the quality of life and health of the community. Thirdly, human development continues to improve the intellectual level, professional skills and comprehensive development of the younger generations.
With the high determination of the entire Party Committee and People in the commune, the Party Committee of Da Teh commune, term 2025 - 2030 is expected to continue to overcome all difficulties and challenges, building Da Teh 2 commune to become more and more developed and prosperous.
