The semi-final jury includes: People's Artist Le Khanh (Head of the jury); People's Artist Vuong Duy Bien - Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; supermodel Xuan Lan; journalist Ngo Ba Luc; male beauty queen Trinh Bao; Editor-in-Chief of Herworld Magazine Pham Ngoc Anh; Miss Vietnam 2002 Mai Phuong; designer Ha Duy.
In the semi-finals, 46 contestants performed in recycled costumes, designed from materials such as newspapers, cans, plastic packaging, etc. The competition not only demonstrated creativity, but also spread the message of action for the environment. The contestants also participated in the competitions: Miss Sea, National Costume with the theme "Beauty of Rebirth" .

As a result, the Top 5 Miss Sea include: Tran Nhat Le (Quang Ninh); Phung Doanh Doanh (Long An); Bui Ly Thien Huong (An Giang); Ngo Thi Tram Anh (Hai Duong); Trinh My Anh ( Hanoi ).
The award for Miss Environmental Costume went to Phung Doanh Doanh.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also officially introduced a special crown called "The Queen's Pride", along with 3 runner-up crowns symbolizing the elements: air, water, and fire.
The final round will last for many activities such as: local experience journey, volunteer activities, tree planting to protect the environment, and training sessions on performance and behavior skills. The national final night will take place on June 28 in Hai Phong .
The contest was organized by FIVE6 Entertainment Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Hai Phong City Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Union, with the goal of finding representatives with beauty - heart - talent, social responsibility and the ability to spread the message of green living and nature regeneration.
