Link social security account to receive rewards from VIB

(Chinhphu.vn) - On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, each Vietnamese citizen will receive 100,000 VND from the Government through the VNeID application. At the same time, Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) launched a special incentive program for customers when opening and linking social security accounts, with a total gift value of up to 300,000 VND.

Accordingly, the first 5,000 existing VIB customers who successfully link their social security accounts will receive an additional VND100,000. For customers who open new payment accounts at VIB, the first 1,000 people who successfully complete the link will receive VND200,000.

The program will be implemented from August 30, 2025 to September 30, 2025. The reward payment period will take place within 15 working days from the date of announcement of results.

To participate, customers need to download the MyVIB application on the App Store or Google Play and register a VIB payment account if they do not have one. Then, log in to the VNeID application, select "Social Security", continue to select "Social Security Account", select VIB as the receiving account, fill in all the required information, agree to share data, confirm and complete the link.

When the social security account is successfully linked, the customer will receive 100,000 VND from the Government . Based on the confirmed list, VIB will summarize and pay rewards to each customer group according to the incentive program. All bonuses will be transferred directly to the payment account at VIB. Each customer can only receive a maximum of one time and the program can end early when the required number of customers is met.

VIB encourages customers to spread information so that more people can quickly access convenient social security sources, and at the same time receive additional rewards from the bank when opening new accounts or referring friends to open accounts.
