On the evening of July 12, at the final night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival DIFF-2025, the Jiangxi Yangfeng fireworks team (from China) excellently won the championship with a wonderful performance, bringing many emotions to the audience.

The finale of the pinnacle of peace and development
The final night of DIFF 2025 is a spectacular competition between the Z121 Vina Pyrotec fireworks team (from Vietnam) and the Jiangxi Yangfeng team (from China).
This year is the first time that Z121 Vina Pyrotec team has participated in the DIFF Festival and has become the "dark horse" of the entire season, surpassing a series of formidable opponents from world fireworks powerhouses such as Finland, Italy, England, and Canada to reach the Finals.
At the beginning of the performance, the Z121 team took the audience into a space filled with sound and color. The festive atmosphere was pushed to its climax when the heroic song “Vietnam’s Pride” resounded, followed by a performance of bright red and yellow like the national flag fluttering in the night sky.
The effect of flowers blooming in the air and exploding on the water surface makes the Han River seem to be choked with light and emotion.
Z121 not only delivered a top-notch technical performance, but also made a proud declaration of a Vietnam that loves peace, aspires to development, and is always ready to contribute to a more stable and brighter world.
With the performance "Era of Rising", team Z121 Vina Pyrotech won the runner-up position of DIFF Festival in its first participation.
Meanwhile, Jiangxi Yangfeng (China) affirmed its strength as a world fireworks powerhouse with the performance “Da Nang: Shining Pearl, Future City,” with its varied lighting effects, perfectly combined with 10 multi-tone music pieces.
In particular, the Chinese team created a surprise when they incorporated the Vietnamese song "Bac Bling" into the vibrant fireworks display, synchronized with the series of mid- and low-level fireworks running across the water, creating an effect like a dance of light connecting the two cultures.
The finale of “Mountain Call” resounded amidst a backdrop of high-altitude fireworks, sparkling with gold and silver combined with continuous glitter fireworks, depicting the image of Da Nang, a shining gem on the map of Asia’s future.
The performance brought the DIFF 2025 championship to the Chinese fireworks team, with a prize of 20,000 USD. The runner-up team received a prize of 10,000 USD.
The DIFF 2025 Festival also witnessed impressive and creative performances from all competing teams, with quality considered superior to previous years.
The DIFF 2025 Organizing Committee has awarded 3 additional prizes, each worth 5,000 USD. Of which, the "Creativity" award went to the Macedos Pirotecnia team (Portugal); the Da Nang fireworks team (Vietnam) received the "Most Favorite Audience" award and the Martarello Group SLR fireworks team (from Italy) received the "Promising" award.
Affirming the status of "international festival city"
During the days of the Fireworks Festival, especially at the Final Night tonight, the whole city of Da Nang seems to be more vibrant, bustling, and crowded, with people from all over the streets gathering on both banks of the Han River.
From around 5pm, all the roads leading to the Han River and the Han and Dragon bridges were crowded.
On both banks of the river, many families and groups of friends arrived very early to sit and wait for the fireworks to start. The festive atmosphere covered the whole city, visitors from near and far were warmly welcomed by bright faces, familiar greetings from the hospitable Da Nang people...
According to statistics, during the finals alone, the number of guests served by accommodation establishments in Da Nang reached nearly 98,000, an increase of 6.4% over the same period in 2024, of which international guests increased by 81% and domestic guests increased by 18% over the same period. Hotels in coastal areas and the city center were almost fully booked with an occupancy rate of nearly 100%.
As of July 11, 2025, the number of tickets to watch fireworks on Han River cruise ships on the final night reached 90% capacity.
In addition, Da Nang International Airport welcomed a total of domestic and international flights exceeding the record of 2024. The city also welcomed 171 flights on July 11, an increase of 40% compared to the first 6 months of 2025. These numbers have demonstrated the continuous attraction of the Da Nang Fireworks Festival over the years.
Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, expressed his deep gratitude to the city's people, domestic and international tourists for their warm affection and great support for the DIFF 2025 Festival.
