On the afternoon of June 4, 2024, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to commend and award the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" and "Outstanding Female Grassroots Police Officer" in 2023.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security awarded the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" Award in 2023 to 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in various fields of public security work.
The Ministry of Public Security also commended 63 outstanding female grassroots police officers in 2023, representing more than 6,000 female officers currently working in communes, wards and towns.
Lao Cai province is honored to have Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Minh Loan, Deputy Head of Coc Leu Ward Police, Lao Cai City, recognized as "Excellent Grassroots Female Police Officer" in 2023.
It is known that during his work, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Minh Loan has constantly tried, studied and followed the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security; organized well emulation movements and campaigns towards the grassroots; focused on building many models and tasks to serve professional work with high efficiency.
Typical examples include building a collective model of Coc Leu Ward Police "Skillfully organizing and implementing to improve the quality and effectiveness of administrative reform to serve the people and the professional requirements of the industry, building the image of Coc Leu Ward Police soldiers dedicated and creative in their work and in the hearts of the people"; proactively advising on the successful construction of 2 new models under Project 06: "Online public service" model under Project 06/CP (a city-level pilot model launched on November 25, 2022) and a 4-in-1 model under Project 06/CP "Residence notification on the VNeID application, via ASM software, cashless payment and medical examination and treatment using electronic chip-embedded citizen identification cards to replace health insurance cards at Lao Cai City General Hospital". This is the first model of the province to implement in parallel the 4 contents of Project 06/CP launched on September 8, 2023.
From 2014 to 2023, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Minh Loan was a Party member for 6 years, completing his tasks excellently; was classified as an excellent cadre for many years; and was an Advanced Soldier and Emulation Soldier at the grassroots level for many consecutive years. In 2023, Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Minh Loan was recognized as an Emulation Soldier of the entire People's Public Security force...
