On August 1, the delegation of the Provincial People's Committee led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Be Muoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited a number of religious organizations and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, including: the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Vinh Long province and the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee of Vinh Long province.

At the destinations, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Thi Be Muoi sent greetings and best wishes to the dignitaries, officials and religious people. At the same time, general information was provided about the results after 1 month of implementing the 2-level local government model in the province and the orientations and key activities for the last 6 months of 2025; emphasizing the active role of religious organizations in accompanying local authorities, especially in social security activities, charity, and building cultural life at the grassroots level in the past time.
Affirming that the province always pays attention, supports and creates conditions for religious organizations and religious people to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the law, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Thi Be Muoi hopes that in the coming time, religious organizations will continue to promote the tradition of patriotism, the spirit of great national unity; actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns in the locality... contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set by the province.

Representatives of religious organizations also expressed their joy at the attention of provincial leaders; at the same time, they provided basic information on the activities of religious organizations when implementing the 2-level local government model.
