Through inspection, it was found that all examination sites seriously implemented the contents in accordance with the direction and guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Provincial Examination Steering Committee. Examination rooms were arranged in accordance with standards, ensuring adequate lighting, ventilation, and arrangement suitable for the number of candidates. At the same time, all units proactively coordinated closely with the police, medical staff, youth union, and school security to maintain security and order, traffic flow, health care and timely support for candidates, contributing to creating the best conditions for candidates
At the inspection session, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility of the staff at the examination sites and the close coordination between relevant sectors and units in the organization of the examination. He requested that examination sites continue to tighten examination room discipline, regularly remind invigilators and candidates to comply with regulations; promptly detect and strictly handle any arising situations, if any, absolutely not allowing errors or violations to occur, contributing to ensuring that the examination takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.
