On the afternoon of July 8, on the fanpage Lang Hao Huc, Mr. Vu Duc Thanh - the legal representative of Lang Hao Huc Joint Stock Company, and also the person directly managing Lang Hao Huc's summer camps in Thai Nguyen , apologized to parents, customers and the community for the recent incidents that have attracted public attention.
In the letter, Mr. Thanh frankly admitted his fault for allowing negative feedback to occur regarding the quality of service, hygiene and management of the summer camp. At the same time, he admitted that he lacked emotional control and had inappropriate words and behaviors when communicating with parents on social networks.
This person also admitted that during the process of working and exchanging with parents, he himself made inappropriate statements and lacked emotional control.
Notably, Mr. Thanh also posted some photos of the exchanges between him and the parents in the comments section, hoping to help the community have a two-way view of the inappropriate behavior he had shown.

As the person with the highest legal responsibility, Mr. Thanh commits to working with the Eager Village team to absorb, adjust and improve to bring a better experience to parents and children in the future.
However, the apology has not been able to calm the wave of reactions from the online community and many parents. Everyone expressed disappointment, saying that responsibilities have not been clarified, there are no specific solutions, especially with the serious issues that have been reflected such as the accommodation, living conditions and safety of children during the summer camp.
Under the post, many comments said that this apology was not sincere and not really receptive:
"A superior apology was given and it was like, it's my parents' fault that I couldn't control my behavior, I didn't do anything wrong."
"Apologizing but still stubbornly posting messages back and forth with parents. And deliberately editing to prove that you are right. Apologizing because you were discovered? Workingin education and involving children but not having a heart, still having distorted perception, stubborn."
"More than anyone, the people who need an apology the most are the children who were physically and mentally traumatized after their experience at the Village. At least go there and visit and encourage them, instead of posting the latest photos right now. I'm so angry at you, Village! You made a mistake, admit it and fix it. I don't know if the apology is final yet, but it's so complicated."

The incident at the Eager Village summer camp caused a stir on social media platforms. Previously, on July 2, the CNL account posted an article expressing frustration and sharing her unwanted experience after letting her 10-year-old son attend an 8-day, 7-night summer camp at Eager Village (Thai Nguyen). "Letting my son go to the summer camp brought back a bunch of skin cream and a scar in my heart," Ms. L. wrote.
This parent said that her son had many skin health problems such as rashes and dermatitis, and also revealed that her son was psychologically affected by bullying.
Many other parents also spoke out after Ms. L.’s post on social media, saying that when their child returned home, he showed signs of insect bites, with a rash on his back and red, swollen spots on his face. Others reported that the facilities and hygiene conditions at the camp were very poor. The toilets were not clean, the swimming pool had larvae, many mosquitoes, the mosquito nets were torn, the sleeping area had no mattress, and there were not enough thin blankets.
On July 4, the organizers of Eager Village spoke out about the incident via their official fanpage. The village focused on explaining some prominent issues such as facilities, hygiene, and bullying. However, many parents said that the article was rambling, did not get to the point, and did not demonstrate responsibility and handling from Eager Village.
At noon on July 5, MC Minh Trang - founder of Lang Hao Huc posted an article saying that she had contacted Ms. L. to inquire and give appropriate solutions.
On July 7, the female MC continued to apologize and explain that the Eager Village summer camp model aims to develop life skills, adaptability and team spirit. With high intensity activities and outdoor living conditions, the program will be more suitable for children with good physical foundation, certain independence and well-prepared psychologically by their parents.
"We hope parents consider carefully before registering to ensure suitability for each camper," MC Minh Trang emphasized in the article.
