Party committees, authorities and organizations in Cao Bang have issued many documents directing and guiding the synchronous and timely implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Typical models such as "Each cadre and teacher sponsors at least one disadvantageous student", "Lighting up the border areas", "Helping people eliminate dilapidated houses", "Civilized streets", "Fourth day supporting people to write administrative procedures" ... have aroused the spirit of responsibility and solidarity for the community. Comrade Be Lan Phuong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, said that with the spirit of "above first, below last", "inside first, outside last", studying and following Uncle Ho has really gone into depth, creating a wide spread. At the (old) district level, 113 advanced models have appeared; At the grassroots level, there are 1,008 advanced models in many fields. These are all exemplary, typical, excellent groups and individuals with good, innovative, creative ways of doing things, bringing about practical results.

The Party Cell of the Cao Bang Provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities has 40 Party members who practically spread the learning and following of Uncle Ho when implementing the model "Each cadre, teacher, and employee sponsors a student with especially difficult circumstances in the school". After 10 years of implementing the model, it has helped more than 700 students with difficult circumstances with more than 600 million VND. From 2016 to present, the school's high school graduation rate has always reached from over 99% to 100%; the rate of students passing the university entrance exam is 90% or more. From the 2024-2025 school year, the model has been selected and replicated by the Department of Education and Training of Cao Bang province.

In Minh Tam commune, Mr. Ma Van Le, Chairman of the Commune Elderly Association, is an example of developing family economy and helping and transferring techniques to people to grow and raise livestock effectively, increasing income. On an area of 1.5 hectares, Mr. Ma Van Le's family grows more than 1,000 fruit trees of various kinds such as dragon fruit, pear, longan, orange, tangerine and Ha Den grapes, bringing in an income of more than 600 million VND. In a fish pond with an area of 1,000 m2 of water surface, Mr. Le has released fish, sold them to the market, bringing in an income of about 100 million VND/year. Raising cows, pigs and chickens brings in an income of more than 100 million VND/year. In 2024, the total income of Mr. Ma Van Le's family will reach about 800 million VND. Realizing the economic efficiency of growing fruit trees, especially Ha Den grapes, Mr. Le has transferred techniques, supported many families in the commune to grow them together, gradually increasing their income.

The "Lighting up the border areas" model of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee supported hundreds of solar-powered columns and bulbs to light up village roads and alleys in the border areas, contributing to ensuring security and safety, preventing all kinds of crimes, serving the people's lives, changing the face of the border countryside, which was recognized by all levels and sectors and highly appreciated by the masses. The model of "Propaganda and mobilizing people to hand over project sites in the area" (former Cao Bang City Party Committee) are good models, the specific and practical deeds and actions of thousands of typical collectives and individuals are vivid evidence of the spirit of "saying goes hand in hand with doing", learning from Uncle Ho from the heart and following Uncle Ho through action.

Besides the results, the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW in Cao Bang province still has some limitations: Some units and localities have developed and implemented plans to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW that are not specific, not close to reality, and have not clearly identified key contents associated with local, agency, and unit realities. Breakthrough contents, urgent, prominent issues have been selected for resolution and handling, but some places have been slow to resolve. The content of the commitment to self-cultivation, training, and promoting of some cadres and party members is not specific and not linked to the assigned duties and responsibilities. The discovery, voting, commendation, and reward of collectives and individuals who are outstanding in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style are not timely and regular in some places, especially at the groundswell level.

Faced with that reality, comrade Vu Hong Quang said that in the coming time, Cao Bang province will continue to seriously and effectively implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-CT/TW of the Politburo in conjunction with implementing the resolutions and conclusions of the 4th Central Conference on Party building and rectification, regulations on heroic responsibility, regulations on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period, so that each cadre and party member, especially the head and unit leader, must be wholeheartedly devoted to their work, closely follow reality, be close to the people, respect the people, understand the people, and be attached to the people.

Cao Bang province determines that studying and following Uncle Ho must be closely linked to solving outstanding and practical issues in socio-economic development, with the work of Party building and rectification, fighting against corruption, waste and negative; educate in thrift, integrity, fairness and impartiality; Strengthen the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against unjust and hostile viewpoints in the new situation. Agencies, units and localities take the results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle as one of the criteria for annually evaluating and classifying the quality of cadres and Party members. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department needs to proactively follow the Central Committee's direction, advise and propose annual study topics that are close to reality, feasible and directly serve the implementation of political tasks at the groundswells level.
