This summer, Regiment 5, Division 5 has many creative ways to take care of the material and spiritual life of children of officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers; creating many useful and healthy playgrounds for children to unleash their creativity.

Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Manh Hien - Political Commissar of Regiment 5, said: “Currently, the entire Regiment has nearly 200 children of officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers. In order for the children to have a meaningful summer vacation, we recently directed the political staff to consult and develop a plan to organize summer camp activities with the theme "Happy, useful, safe summer" with a series of activities: cooking competition; children's fashion design and performance; folk games such as blindfolded duck catching, fishing, piggy bank smashing, etc. Through these activities, not only do the children have fun and entertainment safely, but they also educate them about a lifestyle of solidarity, humanity, and the spirit of teamwork, while developing comprehensively in terms of physical fitness, knowledge, and life skills. When participating, the children are all very excited and play with all their heart, and we also feel happy.”
