Tax portal supports entrepreneurs in tax procedures

The tax information portal supporting entrepreneurs, coordinated by the Tax Department and the software business unit ( MISA Company), is accessible at https://hotroNNT.gdt.gov.vn, designed to provide information, answer policy questions and support businesses in the process of complying with tax obligations. This is an important digital tool to help increase transparency, reduce time, costs and administrative procedures for taxpayers.

Mr. Mai Xuan Thanh – Director of the Tax Department and Mr. Lu Thanh Long – Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA Company also signed a memorandum of understanding on the day of the announcement ceremony (August 18) in the fields of training, consulting and digital transformation related to tax. This cooperation aims to improve the ability to access tax policies for businesses, especially small and medium enterprises in the process of digital transformation.

The launch of the "Tax Portal to support entrepreneurs" and the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Tax Department and MISA Joint Stock Company are of great significance.

Firstly, promoting administrative reform and modernizing tax management. The launch of the electronic portal shows the Tax Department's efforts in transforming management methods from traditional to digital, helping to simplify procedures, make information transparent, and reduce time and costs for taxpayers - especially the private business community.

Second, supporting businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises: Private enterprises – especially small and medium-sized enterprises – often have difficulty understanding and implementing tax policies. The portal is a powerful support tool to help businesses easily access knowledge, receive advice, and promptly update legal regulations.

The signing of a cooperation agreement between the Tax Department and MISA – a leading technology enterprise in the field of finance and accounting – shows that the public-private partnership (PPP) model is increasingly playing a role in institutional reform. This is a strategic step to help accelerate the national digital transformation process in the tax sector.
