Quang Ngai Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch signs loan trust contracts with socio-political organizations

The Quang Ngai Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch has signed a trust contract with socio-political organizations in 05 communes and wards, including Cam Thanh, Nghia Lo, Truong Quang Trong, An Phu, Tinh Khe to carry out trust loans for poor households and other policy beneficiaries.

The parties agree to coordinate in effectively implementing social policy credit to beneficiaries through Savings and Loan Groups and transaction points. Annually, evaluate the quality of operations of Savings and Loan Groups to classify the Groups according to regulations. Organize training at least once a year for the Management Board of Savings and Loan Groups, the Standing Committee of the Entrusted Party and hold periodic meetings once a month/transaction point. Coordinate in implementing the application of Policy Credit Management to manage and monitor entrusted activities.

The signing of a trust contract on the implementation of trust lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries between the Quang Ngai Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch and socio-political organizations is an important basis for the parties to coordinate better in implementing the content of credit trust, improving the efficiency of borrowing capital, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction in the locality.

Currently, the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch maintains more than 20 social policy credit transaction points in 05 communes and wards in Quang Ngai city (old). As of July 28, 2025, the total outstanding policy credit balance jointly managed by socio-political organizations in these 05 communes and wards is nearly 575 billion VND with more than 13,000 poor households and policy beneficiaries with outstanding debt.
