Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nghiem Viet Chung - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Mr. Ngo Quang Anh - Acting Head of the Department of Training and Development of Foreign Affairs Cadres, Diplomatic Academy and Assoc. Prof. Dr. DS. Dang Dinh Quy, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs - main lecturer of the Training Course and all the trainees.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nghiem Viet Chung expressed her joy that the students had made great efforts to study, arranging their very limited time to both ensure their work at the unit and fully participate in the course to complete the program within 3 months. Ms. Nghiem Viet Chung emphasized that this is a course that the Ministry's leaders are interested in and closely direct in order to improve the quality of human resources for the Ministry. The course was taught directly and throughout by Associate Professor, Dr., Ambassador Dang Dinh Quy along with diplomats with extensive experience and profound knowledge, who are former leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs such as Ambassador Ho Xuan Son - Former Member of the Party Central Committee, Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Nga - Former President of the Union of Friendship Organizations, Ambassador Ha Kim Ngoc - Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs...

On behalf of the course participants, student Do Trieu Hai, specialist of the Americas Department, expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Ministry, the Department of Organization and Personnel, the Training Board for Foreign Affairs Officers, and especially Mr. Dang Dinh Quy and senior lecturers who have imparted profound and rich knowledge, drawn from practical work, to the course. In particular, not only studying in class, the participants also had the opportunity to go on field trips to Dien Bien province, to the border area of the Fatherland to experience the reality and understand more deeply the difficulties in implementing border diplomacy work and protecting the sovereignty of the Fatherland.
In response to the sincere sharing from the students, Mr. Dang Dinh Quy hopes that the students will learn many useful things and apply them effectively in their work. He emphasized that learning must go hand in hand with practice, the knowledge and skills learned will not be effective if not practiced a lot in work and in life. As a representative of the Diplomatic Academy, the co-organizer of the course, Mr. Ngo Quang Anh - Acting Head of the Department of Training and Development of Foreign Affairs Officers expressed his sincere thanks to Mr. Dang Dinh Quy, who devoted much effort to teaching, imparting knowledge and training skills to the students. Mr. Ngo Quang Anh thanked the leaders of the Ministry and the Department of Organization and Personnel for investing resources and creating conditions for the successful implementation of the course. He also appreciated the learning spirit of the students, hoping that after the course, the students would contribute their opinions to the organizing committee so that they could do better in the following courses.
At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates to the trainees. In the coming time, training and development programs with diverse topics will continue to be implemented by the Diplomatic Academy and the Department of Organization and Personnel, ensuring that the diplomatic staff is always updated with knowledge and skills to meet the increasingly high requirements of foreign affairs work in the new situation.
