On May 16, a working delegation from the General Department of Engineering inspected the technical work at Air Defense Brigade 77 (Military Region 7). Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc, Director of the General Department of Engineering, led the delegation.
Through practical inspection and listening to the report of the Commander of the 77th Air Defense Brigade, the working delegation highly appreciated the results of the Brigade's management of weapons and technical equipment in the past time. The management of technical equipment is regularly inspected by the unit, with sufficient quantity, good quality, and synchronous equipment, ensuring combat readiness in all situations. The system of books, registration, statistical management, inventory and testing regimes are implemented by the Brigade in accordance with regulations and always strictly maintain safety rules in management; use of weapons and equipment, and perform well the technical inspection of equipment and means before, during and after use.
The working group requested that in the coming time, the Party Committee and unit commanders need to regularlyeducate officers and soldiers to raise their sense of responsibility in preserving and maintaining weapons and technical equipment, and attach importance to ensuring safety, especially the warehouse system. Officers and soldiers must constantly improve their level of management and use of weapons and equipment, ensuring the readiness of all types of weapons and equipment in all situations.
