Inauguration and putting into use of Hanh Phuc school in Long village

People, students and parents in Long village, Quai To commune, Dien Bien province happily witnessed the inauguration ceremony, putting the Hanh Phuc School in Long village into use.

Reporting on the construction and completion process of the Happiness School in Long village, Ms. Luong Thi Nhung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Quai To commune, said: The school started construction in January 2025, with a total cost of 1.8 billion VND sponsored by the Vietnam Health-Culture- Education Fund, with the dedicated and professional design and construction of 1+1>2 International Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company.

The school includes spacious, clean classrooms, playgrounds, and solidly built auxiliary facilities, in harmony with the natural landscape, and safe for students. With a scale of 4 classrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and a private restroom, Hanh Phuc school in Long village ensures learning conditions for 85 preschool and primary school students who are children of the H'Mong ethnic group here.

Representatives of the sponsoring unit, together with officials and people of Long village, Quai To commune, happily cut the ribbon to inaugurate the school.

"Long village currently has 111 households with 466 people, most of whom are H'Mong ethnic people. The preschool and primary school in Long village has 4 classes with 85 students of two levels. From today, Long village children will study under a green and beautiful school roof, and will be given more faith and aspiration for change so that they can understand more and appreciate the kind hearts that always turn to students in the mountainous areas with many deprivations. Therefore, the people of Quai To commune and Long village people call this school "The Happy School in Long village", Ms. Luong Thi Nhung added.

Smiles were evident on every face of the children in Long village.

Sending thanks to the Vietnam Health - Culture - Education Fund, 1+1>2 International Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company and the entire team of engineers, workers, and sponsors who have not been afraid of difficulties and completed the meaningful project for Long village students, Mr. Do Van Son, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chieng Sinh commune (former Head of the Department of Education and Training of the old Tuan Giao district) - who connected the supporting units, wishes to continue to receive the support, care and love of benefactors and units so that students in the area can have better and better learning conditions.

Mr. Do Van Son said that through the connection of the Department of Education and Training of the old Tuan Giao district, up to now, the Vietnam Health-Culture-Education Fund and the 1+1>2 International Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company have completed the funding and construction of 4 schools in the area.

In the future, the Fund will support and develop a number of other schools with the criteria of green-beautiful-friendly so that teachers and students at the schools always feel happy and loved.
