Khanh Hoa sets up 3 working groups to remove difficulties for projects

On July 11, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee informed that Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam signed and issued Decision No. 289/QD-UBND on the establishment of 3 working groups to monitor, direct and promptly resolve difficulties and problems of enterprises; promote disbursement of public investment capital; urge the implementation of solutions to strive to achieve growth targets.

The working groups are headed by Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; the deputy heads are leaders of the Department of Finance; members are representatives of leaders of departments, branches, functional units and localities. Each group is in charge of different fields and areas.

Specifically, working group No. 1 , headed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Long Bien, monitors the fields ofeducation and training; health; culture, sports and tourism; science and technology, ethnicity, religion, social security and national target programs...

The team monitors a number of communes and wards and directs relevant agencies and units according to the assigned work areas.

Working Group No. 2 led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam is in charge of the fields of construction, planning, land, environment, infrastructure, credit, banking, non- state enterprises, Van Phong Economic Zone...

The team monitors a number of communes and wards and directs relevant agencies and units according to the assigned work areas.

Working Group No. 3 led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trinh Minh Hoang is in charge of agriculture, industry and trade, import and export, energy, industrial parks and clusters, collective economy and new rural construction program...

The team monitors the Truong Sa special zone and a number of communes and wards; directs relevant agencies and units according to the assigned work areas.

The teams are responsible for proactively grasping the situation, proposing solutions, urging progress, coordinating to resolve bottlenecks, periodically reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and recommending handling of groups and individuals causing delays.

The team leader is allowed to use the seal of the Provincial People's Committee in performing tasks and managing activities; the working group will dissolve itself after completing its tasks.

According to statistics from the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, by July 2025, the province's public investment disbursement reached nearly VND 5,300 billion, equivalent to 41.3% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister, but lower than the figure of 50% or more directed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The establishment of working groups demonstrates the province's determination to remove difficulties for businesses, promote disbursement of public investment capital and strive to complete socio-economic development targets for 2025.
