Audience comments on Vietnamese movies: Movies starring Meritorious Artist Thai Son are too "popular"

The movie 'Cheer Up, Brothers' starring Meritorious Artist Thai Son is a real cure for slightly older audiences like me. The more you watch, the more 'addicted' you become, even though there is no 'popularity' factor.
Cheer up, guys, just episode 8 has been shown but the content of the film is getting better and better, interesting, and full of "natural" quality. First of all, the young faces playing the main roles in the film such as Meritorious Artist Thai Son, Anh Duc and To Dung. The role of Thang "ga" makes me feel like it is "tailor-made" for Thai Son. Watching it is both sympathetic and funny. Sympathetic because of the naivety, frankness, honesty, and sometimes foolishness of this character, but the way he acts is extremely charming, making people laugh, from his facial expressions, body shape to his slow voice... I think if it weren't Meritorious Artist Thai Son, no one would be able to portray such a lovely Thang "ga". This character through Thai Son's acting becomes "unique" even though on screen there are many types of people who are a bit silly, slow-witted... People like him are not lacking. Meritorious Artist Thai Son gives me the feeling that he is the real Thang, not acting, filming. There are scenes where Meritorious Artist Thai Son acts a bit sulky with his mother, father or two close friends very charmingly because of the physical "effect". It conveys the gentle, honest nature of the character without any effeminacy or glossiness...
Meritorious Artist Thai Son makes another impression with his first leading role on the small screen.

After the movie Heart Rescue Station or several other previous movies filled with "drama" that made the audience get caught up in negative and depressing emotions, Cheer Up, Brothers is like a cool stream. There are also emotions of sympathy, suspense, very real life, but more than that, watching each scene, each character still smiles, still cheers up, still hopes. The two main actors, To Dung and Anh Duc, also act very real, juggling like real... making the three main characters perfect with each emotion pushed according to the psychology and content of the movie.
Cheer up, guys, we're making waves even without a "star" actor.

In the supporting line, there is Anh Dao's Thu, Huyen Thach's Nhung, and Thu's and Tien's parents: Thang's parents are all played by veteran artists, making the film flawless up to now. If we look back at Cheer Up, Brothers, the cast does not have "star" names but still attracts the audience. So I think that after the film Cheer Up, Brothers, VFC should continue to produce more TV series with such content, and reduce the number of films with hot scenes, adultery... because it is too boring.
