The Ministry of Health exhibition booth in area H1-001 with an area of 300m2 with the theme "Vietnam's Health - 80-year journey for people's health" is considered one of the special highlights of the National Achievements exhibition with the theme "80 years of Independence-Freedom-Happiness journey", designed according to the principle of "open space", sketching an overall picture of the history, present and future of Vietnam's health sector.
On the second day of the exhibition, people from all provinces and cities surrounding Hanoi eagerly came to see the exhibition, learning about the achievements of various fields and localities over the past 80 years. The Ministry of Health's booth especially attracted people because of its very interesting experiences.
Learn about 80 years of healthcare and free health check-ups
Coming from far away to Hanoi on the occasion of the country's 80th National Day celebration, Mr. Hoang Minh Tri (Quang Tri) and his relatives took the opportunity to stop by the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi). "We planned to go there for a while, but we didn't expect the exhibition to be of such a scale. It took an hour to find out about a few booths," said Mr. Tri.
Stopping for a while at the Ministry of Health's exhibition booth, Mr. Tri took the opportunity to check his blood pressure again because he had been in Hanoi for the past 2 days and was tired from traveling a lot, afraid that his blood pressure would rise. After being checked and carefully advised, the doctor also gave him a bag of supplements to improve his health.

Mr. Pham Xuan Que (82 years old) and Mrs. Pham Thi Sa (81 years old) have just come to Hanoi from Phu Chau (new Hung Yen) to visit the exhibition. They have high blood pressure, so they are regularly examined and monitored at the local health center. "Every 3 months, we go for a check-up and are given medicine to take regularly, so we don't have to worry about our health. Today, we came here to check our health again. He has a little high blood pressure, but we still tried to explore the whole exhibition," Mr. Que shared.
With the main white-blue color, symbolizing the health sector, the exhibition booth of the Ministry of Health with the theme "Vietnam Health - 80-year journey for people's health" opens like a vivid epic, through 22 information panels and 2 panels with beautiful images of the health sector, along with valuable artifacts, souvenirs, films about all aspects of the health sector's activities, as well as medical equipment applying the most modern technologies, leading viewers to get lost in an emotional 80-year journey, from the early days of the founding of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam to the bright vision of the future of a country that is truly on par with the world powers.
Mr. Vu Manh Cuong, Director of the Central Center for Health Communication and Education, Ministry of Health, shared that the Ministry of Health's exhibition booth, with the theme "Vietnam's Health - 80-year journey for people's health", is not only a commemorative event but also a deep gratitude to generations of doctors and white-coat soldiers who have silently devoted themselves, turning the harsh challenges of war, epidemics and poverty into the foundation for a strong, fair and modern health system.

The multimedia and interactive media area includes a video system and documentaries about the development of all aspects of the medical industry on LED screens and touch screens.
People are also particularly interested in learning about the area displaying artifacts of the medical industry such as tools for preparing traditional medicine, homemade medical instruments from the war against the French, specimens of Vietnam's rare ginseng collection; vaccines and medical equipment produced in Vietnam; and typical medical publications from ancient times to the present.

The highlight of the exhibition is the smart medical examination and treatment experience area. Here, people can get free screening in three specialties: cardiovascular (blood pressure measurement, disease risk consultation), dermatology (skin examination, care consultation using modern technology) and musculoskeletal (3-4D joint examination and ultrasound, supporting early detection of damage).
Experience high-tech medical services
Digital transformation is one of the current focuses of the healthcare industry, vividly demonstrated through the display of high-tech medical equipment and technology applying AI in diagnosis and treatment at Bach Mai Hospital, Hanoi Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology and Vinmec Healthcare System.
One of the typical experiences that Bach Mai Hospital brought to the exhibition was the Bach Mai Care application - smart health records in the palm of your hand, considered a breakthrough in medical examination and treatment.
The application allows people to register for online examination, choose a specialist, doctor, and suitable time slot, helping to reduce the waiting queue. In particular, the application has integrated login with VNeID electronic identification account, ensuring security, data synchronization and convenience for users. Not stopping there, Bach Mai Care is also a comprehensive health record management tool. Patients can monitor the entire medical examination and treatment process, paraclinical results, and share records with relatives or remote consulting doctors.

Bach Mai Hospital, in collaboration with the University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, also introduced artificial intelligence (AI) software capable of simultaneously analyzing three image sources: chest CT, bronchoscopy and histopathology.
Hololens – augmented reality technology supports remote medical examination and treatment Another unique technological highlight is the Hololens augmented reality glasses. The device allows doctors at lower levels to connect directly with Bach Mai experts in real time.
Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Xuan Co, Director of Bach Mai Hospital, said that in the high-tech medical service experience area, people only need to bring CT files to doctors at Bach Mai Hospital, who will use AI to diagnose cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
In particular, everyone can experience the application of high technology to produce personalized 3D implant products (dental, facial, skull, limb bones, etc.); view the operating room and remote medical examination and treatment via augmented virtual reality.
Bach Mai Hospital's electronic medical record system is considered an important step forward in digital transformation. All medical data, from tests, diagnostic imaging, treatment drugs to care plans, are updated in real time, accessible anytime, anywhere via mobile devices. Notably, this is a 100% "Make in Vietnam" product, demonstrating the technological mastery of the domestic intellectual team.

At the exhibition booth of the Ministry of Health, the Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology also introduced its development journey through many valuable images, documents and vivid films introducing milestones and outstanding achievements.
Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Cao Binh, Director of the Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology, said that at the exhibition, the hospital also displayed models using 3D technology such as CAD/CAM technology, personalized 3D design and printing for each case in the diagnosis and treatment of advanced, specialized techniques such as: Maxillofacial orthopedic surgery; microsurgery to cut a segment of the jaw bone and microsurgery to graft it with a fibula flap using a positioning machine...
Through these models, visitors will have a visual and easy-to-understand perspective on medical advances in the field of Dentistry and this is an opportunity for people to access advanced dental achievements such as orthodontics with transparent personal trays, full-mouth implants, cheekbone implants, etc.

In particular, the hospital's team of doctors will provide free oral health consultations to visitors. People will be instructed on proper oral care, have their questions about dental treatment answered, and receive meaningful gifts from the hospital.
"The Ministry of Health's booth is not a stopping point, but a source of inspiration for each of us to continue our journey for people's health, for a healthy and prosperous Vietnam," shared Mr. Vu Manh Cuong, Director of the Central Center for Health Communication and Education, Ministry of Health.
