Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province, Nguyen Quoc Thanh, said that since the opening day, the exhibition booth of Ca Mau province at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh commune, Hanoi city) has attracted the attention of many visitors.
The exhibition of achievements of the country with the theme “80 years of the journey of Independence-Freedom-Happiness” took place from August 28 to September 5, at the National Exhibition Center. At this exhibition, Ca Mau brought a special display space, with the theme “The land of Ca Mau - 80 years of National Day, proud of our homeland”.


Ca Mau's exhibition booth is impressively designed, a vivid picture telling the story of the land reclamation journey, the imprint of opening up the land, the heroic years of struggle, to the construction and development of the land in the southernmost part of the Fatherland.

Each frame in the exhibition space shows the adaptability, creativity and spirit of continuous improvement of the people of Ca Mau in the flow of contemporary development. Notably, with the support of digital technology, visitors will have a multi-dimensional, realistic perspective of a Ca Mau that is changing strongly, becoming an attractive destination for visitors from all over the world.

From models, images, typical products to amateur music activities, storytelling of Uncle Ba Phi... there is a blend of traditional and modern elements, contributing to writing an attractive story about the land and people in the southernmost part of the country - commented Ngo Yen Phi, a visitor to the booth of Ca Mau province.

The exhibition booth also introduces and promotes more than 40 typical OCOP products of Ca Mau province in the capital. Coming to Ca Mau's exhibition booth, visitors also have the opportunity to experience the typical flavors through famous OCOP products of the province, such as: vegetable rice crackers, Thoi Binh snakehead fish sauce, dried shrimp, cajuput forest honey, and products processed from salt... and many other unique specialties such as BL9 rice, bon bon, pure noni juice, cordyceps...

In addition to introducing economic, cultural, social, defense-security achievements, etc., the exhibition booth of Ca Mau province is also a bridge connecting the feelings of people across the country, evoking stories about the history, culture and people of Ca Mau. This is also a highlight, leaving an unforgettable impression in the hearts of every visitor.
During the exhibition, Ca Mau's exhibition area will also host many unique cultural and artistic activities: amateur music performances, cultural and artistic exchanges with Ninh Binh province... promising to bring interesting experiences to visitors.

Visiting the exhibition booth, Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the exhibition participants in introducing the local image to domestic and international friends right in the land of the thousand-year-old capital.

This is an opportunity for Ca Mau to promote its outstanding achievements over the past 80 years, especially the achievements of the renovation and integration of the land and people in the southernmost part of the country – commented the Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee.
