Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh and the working delegation inspected the Public Administration Center.

After the merger, Quang Dien district established 2 new communes: Quang Dien (Sia town, old Quang Phuoc, Quang An, Quang Tho communes) and Dan Dien (old Quang Thai, Quang Loi, Quang Vinh, Quang Phu communes). Particularly, the 2 communes of Quang Cong and Quang Ngan were merged into Phong Dien town with Phong Hai ward and had a new name: Phong Quang ward.

Immediately after the meeting with conveners of communes and wards of Hue City Party Committee, Quang Dien District Party Committee organized a meeting with conveners of communes and wards; issued Decisions of the Standing Committee of District Party Committee on establishing a Working Group to direct the organization of activities in the commune.

Conduct meetings with members expected to participate in the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the new commune Party Committee to deploy and assign tasks; assign members to prepare contents according to each specific field; coordinate implementation in the trial operation of the Party agencies, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and new commune-level socio-political organizations; develop a draft list of documents that need to be issued to ensure the operation of the new commune apparatus from July 1, 2025.

Quang Dien District Party Committee also prepared content to organize the first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the commune, term I, 2025 - 2030; content to organize the first session of the new commune People's Council.

At the meeting, Quang Dien district proposed to the working delegation about the difficulties and problems related to facilities; equipment at the Public Administration Service Center... and the need to arrange funding to overcome them. Representatives of departments, branches and sectors of Hue City also discussed, suggested and answered many issues that Quang Dien district was interested in, with the common view of overcoming difficulties, operating the new government apparatus smoothly, effectively, and serving the people.

Based on the actual situation, listening to the opinions of the leadership team taking over the new apparatus and government in Quang Dien and related departments, agencies and branches, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh noted that from now until the day of operating the new apparatus and government, Quang Dien needs to continue to perfect the legal framework and working personnel; proactively implement processes, procedures and conditions to operate the apparatus to achieve the highest results.

Land is the area that Quang Dien people are most interested in today.

After July 1, when the apparatus is put into operation, there are still shortcomings and inadequacies that need to be gradually adjusted. Officials working in the new apparatus must have access to, update information and have communication with related departments, agencies and sectors. Archiving records is also an important issue that needs to be carefully prepared to avoid errors.

Each region and each locality must have a "core" cadre to directly guide the remaining cadres. Regarding facilities, we must reuse them for now. Departments, branches and sectors, depending on their functions and tasks, must strive for the common work, ensuring the operation of the new apparatus and government to meet the requirements and tasks set forth.

Regarding recommendations and proposals related to funding, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh assigned the Department of Finance to research, calculate, and advise Hue City People's Committee to resolve, but must be in the spirit of thrift and avoiding waste.
