Timely support, timely sharing

After the merger, hundreds of officials and civil servants from Bac Kan (old) took up their duties at the new Thai Nguyen administrative center. Not only did they change their workplace, they also encountered difficulties in settling down in their initial lives. In that context, the support policy of 4 million VND/person/month recently issued by the Provincial People's Council is a timely, practical and humane decision, contributing to helping officials feel secure in their work and quickly adapt to the new environment.

The team of cadres and civil servants working in Thai Nguyen are gradually getting into the swing of things.

Accordingly, from July 14, 2025 to the end of September 2027, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers from Bac Kan (old) working at Thai Nguyen administrative center will be supported with 4 million VND per month to pay for house rent and transportation.

Those who work less than 15 days per month are also supported with half of this amount. The province also arranges to renovate dormitories and organizes buses at the beginning and end of the week between the two localities, in order to create the most favorable conditions for cadres to travel to a stable place to eat and stay, and continue working with peace of mind. There is no significant "resistance" if workers feel shared, understood and supported at the right time.

The humane nature of the policy becomes clearer when looking at reality. Hundreds of officials leave their hometowns and families, while their children need to study and their relatives need to be taken care of. Without timely support, these pressures will more or less affect their psychology and work efficiency. Therefore, the resolution is not only an administrative document, but also a message of sharing, a commitment of the Thai Nguyen provincial government that "No one is left behind in the process of change".

This support policy is not only meaningful in the short term but also contributes to strengthening the belief of the staff in the determination of administrative reform of the province. Listening and timely action from the leadership demonstrates a spirit of dedicated service, putting people at the center of the transformation process. This is an important premise for building an apparatus that is not only unified in structure but also unanimous in ideology, responsibility and goals.

Moreover, the issuance of this policy also demonstrates the determination and thoroughness of the provincial leadership in operating the apparatus after the merger. The resolution was passed with the high consensus of the Provincial People's Council; plans on resources, implementation roadmap and support objects were all carefully prepared. The calculation of the budget balance, with a total estimated expenditure of about 102 billion VND (about 945 officials in 27 months), shows responsibility and long-term vision, not a temporary solution.

Not only is it a reasonable policy, the resolution to support cadres is also a testament to the companionship between the government and workers. In the journey to build a streamlined and effective administrative apparatus, consensus from the cadre team is the decisive factor. And to achieve that, nothing is more important than understanding, sharing and practical actions.
