The 500kV line 3 project from Quang Trach to Pho Noi, passing through Hai Duong, is nearly 31 km long, including 74 column foundation locations in 4 districts of Hai Duong: Ninh Giang, Gia Loc, Thanh Mien and Binh Giang. As of May 22, the contractor has completed all 74 column foundation locations, completed 47 locations, is constructing 15 locations, and has not yet been erected. According to the Prime Minister 's direction, the entire line must be completed by June 2024.
