70 years ago, tens of thousands of compatriots, cadres, soldiers and students from the South set foot on the land of the North following the policy of the Party and Uncle Ho. At that time, the Party Committee, government and people of Thanh Hoa were honored to be the first locality entrusted with the task of welcoming compatriots, cadres, soldiers and students from the South to the North.
