Attending the meeting were comrades: Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Major General Hoang Van Sy - Commander of Army Corps 15; representatives of leaders of a number of departments and branches of the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung highly appreciated the important contributions of Army Corps 15.

At the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that Corps 15 has achieved in carrying out military - defense tasks and production and business; making important contributions to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the province. In particular, the Corps not only creates stable jobs for tens of thousands of workers, especially ethnic minorities, but also effectively implements social security programs, contributing to maintaining sovereignty, political security and social order and safety in border areas.

Regarding the policy of investing in building schools for border communes according to the Conclusion of the Politburo, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung emphasized: This is a key and important task in socio-economic development and implementing ethnic policies to improve people's knowledge and human resource quality, create a source of cadres from ethnic and local people, improve the material and spiritual life of people in border areas, contributing to strengthening national defense and security.

Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung said the province plans to build five primary and secondary boarding schools on land owned by Army Corps 15; he hopes the Corps will support and hand over the land soon so that the province can complete the procedures and implement the plan to ensure progress.

On behalf of the Party Committee and Command of the 15th Corps, Major General Hoang Van Sy - Commander of the Corps thanked Gia Lai province for its attention and facilitation for the Corps' activities in the past time; at the same time, affirmed that the unit will deploy the handover of land for the construction of schools in the border area with the most drastic and fastest spirit, ensuring convenience for the province to achieve the goals according to the roadmap.
