| Leaders of Dien Khanh District People's Committee handed over the dossier of the 1/2000 scale Zoning Adjustment Project of Dien Khanh Town Center to the People's Committees of Dien Lac Commune and Dien Khanh Commune to take over management. |
At the conference, the People's Committee of Dien Khanh district announced the decision on approving the Project to Adjust the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of Dien Khanh Town Center Area. According to the decision, the planning research area has a total area of 339.8 hectares, within the administrative boundaries of Dien Khanh town, Dien Thanh commune and Dien Toan commune (now Dien Khanh commune and Dien Lac new commune). The planning objective is to concretize the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning Project for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 and the approved Project to Adjust the General Urban Planning of Dien Khanh to 2040; orienting the landscape architecture space, developing the technical infrastructure system in the area; renovating the existing urban area; at the same time, considering favorable locations for development to build a new urban area to exploit land effectively; Research on integrating urban development orientation with rural planning architectural space development orientation, aiming to promote the preservation of green spaces, historical and cultural works in the area, spreading cultural beauty in community life.
